For the 8th edition of Agile Coach Camp Romania we returned to the original location, in the heart of Transylvania.
Pre-event: DE-PEN-DENCE -> IN-DE-PEN-DENCE -> IN-TER-DE-PEN-DENCE
Participants were given a scenario of an aftermath of a disaster. They were acting as villagers after a flood just took place in their village. They were asked to create the plan what to do before any external help could come to rescue them. This is the result:
We revolved around the concepts of Dependence-> Independence-> Interdependence, and the outcome was that in a limit situation the most important is the interdependence, where people learn how to trust and depend on each other before any external help is available.
Theme: Navigating Uncertainty
For the first time, we invited participants to reflect on a theme. We chose “Navigating Uncertainty” – to be in sync with the uncertainty the profession of Agile Coach and the industry is facing nowadays.
