Pre-event: “Scrum Apocalypse” Game
Imagine we were during Apocalypse time and nothing would be working as we were used to.
Participants had to find creative ways to design a board for visual management without using post-its and markers. Or they had to create a communication system for progress and blockers (as in Daily Scrum) when people involved cannot speak. As elements of difficulty, in subsequent iterations the teams had to exchange team members and some members were reduced to silence. We think they did well, as you can see from the pictures below:
