Adrian Suciu

My Agile Experience is:

Experienced facilitator, Coach and Agile trainer. Focused on team facilitation techniques and large group facilitation. Interested to know about and communicate with the Agile communities in Europe.

I like to see great energy emerging from motivated people.

This is what I plan to explore during this Coach Camp:

I would like to experiment different sets of Agile games to help teams in various stages of the development cycle. I am curious how the other participants experience the new hybrid era challenges.

I plan to contribute in the following way:

Facilitate the Open Space, listen with an open mind and experiment Agile games together with the participants.

My Agile Experience is:

I’m the first Scrum Alliance Guide in Easter Europe for 4 years (i.e., Certified Team Coach). I’m happy to share my experience with others.

I am very interested in finding out more about games and other structures that could help the teams in their Agile journey.

I’ve been working as an Agile Coach since a couple of years now. I am the owner of a couple of certifications but I won’t list them here, I don’t want this description to become an acronym soup :p

I am a big fan of gamification, always interested in new, insightful games. Also, I am eager to share and curious to learn what other people have experimented with online facilitation techniques. For instance, how to practice liberating structures in online setup?

My Agile Experience is:

My experience with this way of working, the one best suited for navigating complexity and uncertainty is quite long I can say. First encountered the iteration based approach in 2005 and since then working as a team member, process steward, trainer and then organizational aid for the upcoming years. Lately I have been what people call an agile coach, a role that I like because it challenges organizations and people alike.

This is what I plan to explore during this Coach Camp:

I plan to explore new ways of getting back to the trenches, gaining again the patience and courage to confront teams on their way of working, getting back the enthusiasm of facilitating a retrospective, feeling again comfortable and finding again the motivation to mine the time and energy for gathering team insights

I plan to contribute in the following way:

First, let’s make the event happen! Second, host at least one session Third, host the online track (I hope there will be one) Fourth, share experience and get to know more people 🙂

I’m practicing Agile methodologies since 2010 either as developer, scrum master or coach. Recently I took my DASSM certificate, but just because they don’t allow you to take the DAC course without doing this….still, there is a benefit, as a senior I can use public transportation free of charge …. can’t I? 🙂
